OMOZERH Terms of Service

Effective Date: 08/07/2026
Last Updated: 08/08/2026

Welcome to OMOZERH. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of pre-purchase vehicle inspection services provided by OMOZERH ("OMOZERH," "we," "us," or "our").

By requesting, scheduling, purchasing, or using an OMOZERH inspection service, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Please take a look at these Terms carefully before purchasing or scheduling an inspection.

1. Our Services

OMOZERH provides independent mobile pre-purchase vehicle inspection services to help customers better understand a vehicle's condition before making a purchase decision.

Our inspection services may include, depending on the inspection package purchased and the vehicle being inspected:

  • Visual inspection of accessible vehicle components

  • Exterior and interior condition assessment

  • Engine compartment inspection

  • Tire and brake observations

  • Fluid observations were accessible.

  • Electronic diagnostic scanning

  • Road testing when permitted, available, safe, and appropriate

  • Photographs and/or videos

  • Identification of visible damage or areas of concern

  • Inspection findings and recommendations

  • Other services specifically identified in the inspection package purchased

The exact inspection scope may vary depending on the purchased package, vehicle design, vehicle condition, location, accessibility, weather, safety considerations, seller or dealership restrictions, and other circumstances beyond OMOZERH's reasonable control.

2. Purpose of a Pre-Purchase Inspection

An OMOZERH inspection is intended to provide the Customer with additional information about the vehicle's observable condition at the time of the inspection.

The inspection is not intended to determine every existing or potential defect, predict the vehicle's future reliability, or guarantee that a vehicle will remain free from mechanical, electrical, structural, cosmetic, safety, or other problems after the inspection.

The Customer remains solely responsible for deciding whether to purchase, lease, negotiate for, or decline the vehicle.

3. Independent Inspection

OMOZERH provides inspection services for the benefit of the Customer.

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, OMOZERH does not represent the vehicle seller or dealership and does not receive compensation from a seller based on whether the Customer purchases the inspected vehicle.

OMOZERH's inspection findings are based on the vehicle's condition and information reasonably available at the time of inspection.

4. Inspection Limitations

Pre-purchase vehicle inspections have inherent limitations.

Unless expressly included in the purchased service, OMOZERH inspections are generally visual and non-invasive. Inspectors do not disassemble engines, transmissions, electrical systems, body panels, interior components, or other vehicle systems to discover concealed conditions.

Certain defects may not be reasonably observable during an inspection, including but not limited to:

  • Internal engine or transmission defects

  • Intermittent electrical or mechanical problems

  • Problems that produce no symptoms during the inspection

  • Concealed body or structural damage

  • Defects hidden by panels, covers, upholstery, undercoating, modifications, dirt, or other obstructions.

  • Recently cleared diagnostic trouble codes

  • Problems intentionally concealed or misrepresented by a seller.

  • Future component failures

  • Conditions requiring specialized equipment, disassembly, laboratory testing, or manufacturer-specific procedures to identify

  • Problems that occur or become apparent after the inspection

OMOZERH cannot guarantee that every existing or developing problem will be detected.

5. Vehicle Accessibility

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle owner, seller, dealership, or other authorized person has agreed to provide reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled inspection time.

Where applicable, access should include permission to look over the vehicle, access the interior, open the hood and the trunk/cargo area, start the vehicle, connect appropriate diagnostic equipment, and, when permitted and safe, perform a road test.

OMOZERH is not responsible for portions of an inspection that cannot reasonably be completed due to denied or restricted access.

Any material inspection limit will be documented when it's possible.

6. Road Testing

A road test may be performed when included in the inspection service and when the inspector determines that it can be performed legally and safely.

A road test may not be performed when circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Seller or dealership refusal

  • Unsafe vehicle condition

  • Severe weather

  • Unsafe road conditions

  • Registration, insurance, or legal concerns

  • Warning indicators suggesting that the operation could damage the vehicle

  • Insufficient fuel or charge

  • Vehicle accessibility restrictions

  • In any circumstance, the inspector reasonably determines that it creates an unacceptable risk.

Failure to perform a road test because of such circumstances does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund.

7. Diagnostic Scanning

Where included, OMOZERH may perform an electronic diagnostic scan using compatible equipment.

Diagnostic scans are limited by the information available from the vehicle's onboard computer systems at the time of inspection.

The absence of diagnostic trouble codes does not guarantee that the vehicle is free of mechanical, electrical, emissions, or other defects.

Codes may have been recently cleared, may be intermittent, or may not be generated for certain conditions.

8. Inspection Reports, Photographs, and Videos

OMOZERH may provide the Customer with a written or electronic inspection report containing observations, photographs, videos, diagnostic information, recommendations, and other findings.

The report reflects observations made at the time of inspection and should be considered together with any limitations identified by the inspector.

Photographs and videos are intended to document selected observations and are not intended to provide a photographic record of every component or surface of the vehicle.

9. Repair and Maintenance Estimates

OMOZERH may provide estimated repair costs, maintenance expectations, or other cost-related information as part of an inspection or customer consultation.

Any such figures are estimates provided for informational purposes only.

Actual repair costs can vary substantially depending on geographic location, labor rates, parts availability, vehicle configuration, repair facility, diagnostic findings, taxes, and other factors.

Customers should obtain independent written estimates from qualified repair facilities before making financial decisions based on anticipated repair costs.

10. Vehicle Recommendations

OMOZERH may provide an opinion or recommendation concerning whether the Customer should consider purchasing, negotiating for, obtaining additional evaluation of, or declining a particular vehicle.

Any recommendation you provide is based on an assessment of the individual circumstances and does not constitute an admission of negligence, liability, warranty coverage, or responsibility for subsequent vehicle repairs unless OMOZERH explicitly states otherwise, based on the inspection findings and available information. It is not financial advice, a valuation guarantee, or a guarantee of the vehicle's future condition or reliability.

The final purchasing decision belongs solely to the Customer.

11. Used Vehicles and "As-Is" Sales

Used vehicles naturally experience wear, deterioration, prior repairs, maintenance needs, and component failures.

OMOZERH is not the seller of the inspected vehicle and makes no representation concerning warranties offered or not offered by the vehicle seller.

Customers should independently review the seller's purchase agreement, warranty terms, vehicle history, title information, and other documentation before completing a transaction.

An OMOZERH inspection does not replace the Customer's responsibility to evaluate the terms of the vehicle purchase.

12. Vehicle History and Title Information

Unless expressly included in the purchased inspection service, OMOZERH does not guarantee vehicle title status, ownership history, mileage accuracy, accident history, flood history, salvage history, lien status, recall status, or information contained in third-party vehicle-history databases.

Customers are encouraged to independently verify title and vehicle-history information before purchasing a vehicle.

13. No Warranty or Guarantee

An OMOZERH pre-purchase inspection is an evaluation of observable conditions at a particular point in time.

Unless OMOZERH expressly provides a separate written guarantee applicable to a specific service, the inspection does not constitute a warranty or guarantee regarding the vehicle's condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety, future performance, or freedom from defects.

OMOZERH does not guarantee that an inspected vehicle will not require repairs or experience mechanical, electrical, structural, cosmetic, or other problems after the inspection.

14. Inspection Concerns and Resolution

OMOZERH stands behind the quality and professionalism of its inspection services.

If a Customer discovers a significant vehicle condition after the inspection that the Customer reasonably believes should have been identified and documented during the inspection, the Customer should notify OMOZERH within fourteen (14) calendar days of the inspection date.

The 14-day period is a period for reporting an inspection concern. It is not a 14-day vehicle warranty or guarantee.

The Customer should provide reasonable supporting information when requested, which may include:

  • Photographs or videos of the condition

  • Diagnostic findings

  • Repair facility documentation

  • Written estimates

  • Technician findings

  • Other information reasonably necessary for OMOZERH to evaluate the concern

OMOZERH may review the original inspection report, photographs, videos, diagnostic scan information, inspector notes, Customer documentation, and other relevant information.

Where reasonably necessary and practical, OMOZERH may also request an opportunity to reinspect the vehicle or obtain additional information before determining an appropriate resolution.

The discovery of a mechanical, electrical, structural, cosmetic, or other issue within 14 days does not by itself establish that the condition existed, was observable, or should reasonably have been identified during the original inspection.

If OMOZERH determines that a significant condition within the purchased inspection scope was reasonably observable at the time of inspection but was not appropriately documented, OMOZERH may provide an appropriate customer-care resolution based on the circumstances.

Any customer-care resolution is determined after review of the individual circumstances and does not constitute an admission of negligence, liability, warranty coverage, or responsibility for subsequent vehicle repairs unless expressly stated by OMOZERH in writing.

15. Scheduling

Inspection appointments are subject to inspector availability, vehicle availability, travel requirements, weather, traffic, seller/dealership cooperation, and other operational considerations.

An appointment is considered confirmed when the Customer receives confirmation from OMOZERH.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information concerning the vehicle, inspection location, seller/dealership contact information, and appointment requirements.

16. Rescheduling

Customers who need to reschedule should contact OMOZERH as soon as reasonably possible.

OMOZERH may permit one complimentary rescheduling of an inspection when adequate advance notice is provided, and the inspector has not already been dispatched.

Repeated rescheduling, last-minute changes, substantial location changes, or changes occurring after inspector dispatch may result in additional charges.

OMOZERH will disclose any additional charges before proceeding whenever possible.

17. Cancellation Policy

Because inspection appointments reserve an inspector's time and may require travel, cancellations should be made as early as possible.

Unless different cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of booking:

More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment:
The Customer may cancel the inspection and receive a refund of the inspection service payment, subject to any non-refundable third-party transaction charges where legally permitted and properly disclosed.

Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment:
A late-cancellation charge may apply because the inspector's time has already been reserved.

After an inspector has been dispatched:
Additional charges may apply to compensate for travel, time, mileage, and other costs already incurred.

After the inspection has begun:
Inspection service charges are generally non-refundable.

Any specific cancellation, dispatch, or rescheduling charges applicable to an order should be disclosed during the booking process.

18. Vehicle Unavailable or Seller/Dealership Refuses Inspection

The Customer is responsible for confirming vehicle availability and getting the seller's or dealership's cooperation before the scheduled appointment.

If the inspector arrives and:

  • The vehicle has been sold.

  • The vehicle is not present.

  • The seller cannot locate or provide the vehicle.

  • The seller refuses to permit the inspection.

  • Necessary keys are unavailable.

  • The vehicle cannot be reasonably accessed.

  • The seller substantially delays the inspector.

  • The inspection cannot proceed due to circumstances within the control of the Customer, seller, or dealership.

The inspection may be treated as a late cancellation or unsuccessful dispatch, and applicable charges may be retained or assessed.

OMOZERH will make reasonable efforts to work with the Customer when circumstances permit.

19. OMOZERH Cancellation or Inability to Perform Service

If OMOZERH is unable to perform a scheduled inspection due to circumstances within OMOZERH's control, the Customer may be offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund, as appropriate.

OMOZERH is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, emergencies, vehicle accessibility, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

20. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and the status of the inspection appointment.

Refunds generally will not be provided after an inspection has been substantially performed and the inspection report or findings have been delivered.

A Customer's decision not to purchase the inspected vehicle does not create a right to a refund. Identifying reasons not to purchase a vehicle is one of the intended benefits of a pre-purchase inspection.

Refund requests should be submitted to OMOZERH using the contact information provided below.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

21. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms displayed during the booking process.

OMOZERH may require full payment before confirming or performing an inspection.

Customers authorize OMOZERH and its payment processor to process applicable charges associated with the requested service.

The Customer may need additional payment.

22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Just so you know, customers are encouraged to contact OMOZERH before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, so that OMOZERH has an opportunity to review and address the concern.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a Customer from exercising rights available under applicable law or through the Customer's payment provider.

23. Third-Party Use of Inspection Reports

Unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by OMOZERH, an inspection report is prepared for the Customer who purchased the inspection.

Vehicle conditions can change after an inspection. Therefore, subsequent purchasers or other third parties should not rely upon an OMOZERH inspection report as a substitute for obtaining their own current inspection.

24. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and appointment information.

  • Obtain necessary permission for OMOZERH to access and inspect the vehicle.

  • Inform OMOZERH of known access restrictions.

  • Please look over the complete inspection report before making a purchasing decision.

  • Ask OMOZERH about findings that the Customer does not understand

  • Obtain a specialized evaluation when OMOZERH recommends additional diagnosis or inspection.

  • Independently verify title, ownership, financing, warranty, and vehicle-history information when appropriate.

The Customer should not rely solely on a single observation, score, photograph, recommendation, or statement when making a substantial vehicle purchasing decision.

25. Specialized and Additional Inspections

OMOZERH may recommend that the Customer obtain further evaluation from a qualified specialist when an issue cannot be conclusively evaluated during the pre-purchase inspection.

Examples may include specialized engine and transmission diagnostics, collision repair assessments, manufacturer-specific diagnostics, hybrid or electric vehicle battery testing, alignment measurements, compression or leak-down testing, and other specialized evaluations.

A recommendation for additional evaluation should be completed before purchasing the vehicle whenever practical.

26. Modifications and Aftermarket Equipment

Modified vehicles and vehicles containing aftermarket equipment may present conditions that cannot be fully evaluated during a standard pre-purchase inspection.

Unless specifically included in the purchased service, OMOZERH does not guarantee the quality, legality, compatibility, installation artistry, or long-term reliability of aftermarket modifications.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OMOZERH will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Customer's decision to purchase, decline, operate, repair, sell, finance, transport, or otherwise use an inspected vehicle.

Any limitation on OMOZERH's direct liability will be governed by applicable law and any additional written terms that apply to the purchased service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited.

28. No Responsibility for Seller Representations

OMOZERH is not responsible for statements, representations, warranties, advertisements, promises, disclosures, or omissions made by vehicle sellers, dealerships, manufacturers, vehicle-history providers, repair facilities, or other third parties.

Customers should independently verify material seller representations before completing a vehicle purchase.

29. Safety

An inspection does not certify that a vehicle complies with all federal, state, or local safety requirements or that it is safe under all operating conditions.

If OMOZERH identifies a potentially serious safety concern, the Customer should obtain appropriate professional diagnosis and repair before operating or purchasing the vehicle.

30. Intellectual Property

OMOZERH's website content, inspection formats, branding, logos, report designs, written materials, photographs produced by OMOZERH, scoring methodologies, and other proprietary materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers may use their inspection report for personal vehicle purchasing, ownership, maintenance, resale, insurance, financing, or other legitimate purposes.

Commercial reproduction, resale, alteration, or misrepresentation of OMOZERH materials without authorization is prohibited.

31. Privacy

OMOZERH may collect and process personal information necessary to schedule inspections, communicate with Customers, process payments, provide inspection services, maintain business records, and operate its website.

Additional information concerning the collection and handling of personal information is provided in OMOZERH's separate Privacy Policy, available through the OMOZERH website.

32. Communications

By providing contact information when requesting an inspection, the Customer authorizes OMOZERH to communicate with the Customer regarding the inspection, appointment status, payment, vehicle access, report delivery, customer service, and related transactional matters.

Marketing communications, where used, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any available opt-out requirements.

33. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from OMOZERH inspection services will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the inspection package description, applicable booking terms, Privacy Policy, and any other written terms expressly incorporated into the transaction, constitute the agreement concerning the inspection service.

36. Changes to These Terms

OMOZERH may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

The version applicable to an inspection will generally be the version in effect when the Customer purchases or schedules the service, unless otherwise required by law.

The effective date and last-updated date will be displayed at the top of this page.
