Stripe processes payment card information submitted through Stripe. OMOZERH does not intend to directly collect or store complete payment card numbers, card security codes, or other sensitive card authentication information when payments are processed through Stripe.

OMOZERH does not intend to directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes processed through Stripe.

OMOZERH and its assigned inspectors may take photographs or videos of an inspected vehicle for purposes including documenting vehicle condition, preparing inspection reports, supporting inspection findings, quality assurance, maintaining business records, and reviewing subsequent inspection concerns.

Inspection photographs and videos may contain information visible on or around the vehicle, including license plates, VINs, dealership surroundings, or other incidental details.

OMOZERH will use such materials primarily for inspection and legitimate business purposes.

OMOZERH will not intentionally publish photographs or videos containing personally identifying Customer information for advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

8. Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are prepared primarily for the Customer who requested or purchased the inspection.

OMOZERH may retain copies of inspection reports and supporting records for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Customer support

  • Quality assurance

  • Reviewing inspection concerns

  • Recordkeeping

  • Dispute resolution

  • Legal purposes

  • Insurance purposes
