OMOZERH Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 09/27/2026
Last Updated: 09/27/2026
Welcome to OMOZERH. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of mobile pre-purchase vehicle inspection services provided by OMOZERH (“OMOZERH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By requesting, scheduling, purchasing, or using an OMOZERH inspection service, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Please review these Terms carefully before purchasing or scheduling an inspection.
1. OMOZERH Inspection Services
OMOZERH provides mobile pre-purchase vehicle inspection services designed to help customers better understand a vehicle's condition before making a purchase decision.
Depending on the inspection package purchased, vehicle type, and circumstances of the inspection, services may include:
Exterior and interior condition assessment
Visual inspection of reasonably accessible components
Engine-compartment observations
Tire and brake observations
Fluid observations where reasonably accessible
Electronic diagnostic scanning
Road evaluation when available and permitted
Photographs and/or videos
Identification of visible damage or areas of concern
Inspection findings and recommendations for additional evaluation
Other items specifically identified in the purchased inspection package
The exact scope of an inspection is determined by the package purchased and may be affected by vehicle design, condition, accessibility, location, weather, safety considerations, seller or dealership restrictions, and other circumstances beyond OMOZERH’s reasonable control.
2. Purpose and Scope of a Pre-Purchase Inspection
An OMOZERH inspection provides information about the vehicle’s observable condition at the time of the inspection.
A pre-purchase inspection is not intended or represented to identify every existing, developing, concealed, intermittent, or future defect.
Unless expressly included in the purchased service, inspections are visual, observational, functional, and non-invasive. OMOZERH inspectors do not disassemble engines, transmissions, electrical systems, body panels, interior components, or other vehicle systems to search for concealed conditions.
The inspection is limited to the items included in the purchased inspection package and those areas that are reasonably accessible under the circumstances.
3. Inspection Limitations
Vehicle inspections have inherent limitations. Certain problems may not be reasonably observable during an inspection, including:
Internal engine or transmission defects
Intermittent mechanical or electrical problems
Conditions producing no symptoms at the time of inspection
Concealed body or structural damage
Conditions hidden by panels, covers, upholstery, undercoating, modifications, dirt, or other obstructions
Recently cleared or reset diagnostic trouble codes
Conditions concealed or misrepresented by a seller or third party
Future component failures
Conditions requiring disassembly or specialized testing
Conditions that become apparent only under operating circumstances that cannot reasonably be reproduced during the inspection
Weather, lighting, vehicle cleanliness, accessibility, location, seller restrictions, vehicle temperature, and other inspection conditions may also affect what can reasonably be observed.
OMOZERH cannot guarantee that every existing or developing vehicle problem will be identified.
4. Inspection vs. Diagnosis
An OMOZERH pre-purchase inspection is not equivalent to a comprehensive mechanical diagnosis, a vehicle teardown, a laboratory analysis, or a manufacturer-level diagnostic procedure.
Some vehicle problems require specialized equipment, extended testing, disassembly, repeated evaluation, or a process of elimination before their underlying cause can be determined.
An inspector may identify symptoms, observations, diagnostic trouble codes, abnormal operation, visible conditions, or other areas of concern without determining the precise underlying cause.
When appropriate, OMOZERH may recommend additional evaluation by a qualified repair facility, dealership, collision specialist, manufacturer-trained technician, or other appropriate professional before the Customer purchases the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Access and Seller Cooperation
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle owner, seller, dealership, or other authorized representative has agreed to provide reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled inspection time.
Reasonable access may include permission to inspect the exterior and interior, open the hood and cargo areas, start the vehicle, access reasonably available components, and connect appropriate diagnostic equipment.
OMOZERH is not responsible for portions of an inspection that cannot reasonably be completed due to denied, restricted, unsafe, or otherwise unavailable access.
Material inspection limitations will be documented in the inspection report when reasonably practical.
6. Road Evaluation
When included in the purchased inspection service and reasonably available, a road evaluation may be conducted with the vehicle owner, seller, dealership representative, or other authorized person operating the vehicle while the OMOZERH inspector observes the vehicle’s operation as a passenger.
OMOZERH inspectors are not required to operate or drive the vehicle being inspected.
A road evaluation may be declined, discontinued, or unavailable because of circumstances, including:
Seller or dealership refusal
Unsafe vehicle condition
Severe weather or unsafe road conditions
Registration, insurance, or legal concerns
Warning indicators suggesting continued operation could damage the vehicle
Insufficient fuel or battery charge
Vehicle accessibility restrictions
Lack of an authorized driver
Any circumstance presenting an unreasonable safety or operational risk
The inspection report should indicate whether a road evaluation was performed.
If a road evaluation cannot be performed, driving-related conditions, including transmission behavior, steering, braking, suspension noise, vibration, acceleration characteristics, or other conditions that become apparent only while the vehicle is moving, may not be observable.
The inability to perform a road evaluation does not by itself constitute an incomplete inspection or automatically entitle the Customer to a refund.
7. Electronic Diagnostic Scanning
Where included in the purchased inspection package, OMOZERH may perform an electronic diagnostic scan using compatible diagnostic equipment.
Diagnostic scans are limited to information available from the vehicle’s onboard computer systems at the time of inspection.
The absence of diagnostic trouble codes does not establish that a vehicle is free from mechanical, electrical, emissions, transmission, safety, or other problems.
Codes may have been recently cleared or reset, may occur intermittently, or may not be generated for certain vehicle conditions.
Diagnostic scan results are informational data points and should not, by themselves, be interpreted as a comprehensive diagnosis of the vehicle or any particular component.
8. Inspection Reports, Photographs, and Videos
OMOZERH may provide a written or electronic inspection report containing observations, photographs, videos, diagnostic information, areas of concern, recommendations, and other findings.
The report reflects conditions and observations made at the time of inspection and should be reviewed together with any limitations identified by the inspector.
Photographs and videos document selected observations and are not intended to provide a photographic record of every vehicle component, surface, defect, or condition.
If an item, system, or condition could not reasonably be inspected, OMOZERH may identify that limitation in the report.
9. Vehicle Conditions May Change
A vehicle’s condition may change after an inspection.
Mechanical, electrical, structural, electronic, cosmetic, and other conditions may deteriorate, develop, or become apparent after the inspection, including during the period between the inspection and the Customer’s purchase or possession of the vehicle.
OMOZERH’s inspection represents observations made under the circumstances existing at the time of inspection and does not predict future vehicle performance.
10. No Warranty or Guarantee
An OMOZERH pre-purchase inspection is an evaluation of observable conditions at a particular point in time.
Unless OMOZERH expressly provides a separate written guarantee applicable to a particular service, an inspection does not constitute a warranty or guarantee concerning the vehicle’s condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety, reliability, future performance, or freedom from defects.
OMOZERH does not guarantee that an inspected vehicle will not subsequently require repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, or component replacement.
An inspection is not a vehicle warranty or insurance policy.
11. Customer Purchasing Decision
OMOZERH provides observations, inspection findings, areas of concern, and recommendations for additional evaluation where appropriate.
OMOZERH does not make the Customer’s vehicle purchasing decision.
The Customer remains solely responsible for determining whether to purchase, decline, negotiate for, finance, insure, repair, transport, or otherwise proceed with a vehicle transaction.
Customers should consider the inspection report together with information such as seller disclosures, maintenance records, vehicle history, title information, warranty coverage, pricing, and any additional professional evaluation the Customer considers appropriate.
12. Repair Estimates and Additional Evaluation
OMOZERH may occasionally provide general repair-cost estimates, maintenance expectations, or other cost-related information for informational purposes.
Actual repair costs can vary substantially based on location, labor rates, parts availability, vehicle configuration, repair facility, additional diagnostic findings, taxes, and other circumstances.
Customers should obtain independent written estimates from qualified repair facilities before making significant financial decisions based upon anticipated repair costs.
When OMOZERH recommends specialized diagnosis or additional evaluation, the Customer should obtain that evaluation before purchasing the vehicle whenever reasonably practical.
13. Vehicle History, Title, and Seller Information
Unless expressly included in the purchased service, OMOZERH does not independently guarantee:
Vehicle title status
Ownership history
Mileage accuracy
Accident history
Flood or salvage history
Lien status
Recall status
Maintenance history
Information appearing in third-party vehicle-history databases
OMOZERH is not responsible for representations, advertisements, promises, disclosures, warranties, or omissions made by sellers, dealerships, manufacturers, repair facilities, vehicle-history providers, or other third parties.
Customers should independently verify the vehicle's material history, title, warranty, ownership, and seller information before completing a purchase.
14. Used and Modified Vehicles
Used vehicles naturally experience wear, deterioration, previous repairs, maintenance needs, and component failures.
Modified vehicles and vehicles containing aftermarket equipment may present conditions that cannot be fully evaluated during a standard pre-purchase inspection.
Unless specifically included in the purchased service, OMOZERH does not guarantee the quality, legality, compatibility, installation quality, performance, or long-term reliability of aftermarket modifications or equipment.
15. Inspection Concerns and 14-Day Reporting Period
OMOZERH stands behind the professionalism of its inspection services.
If the Customer discovers a significant vehicle condition after the inspection that the Customer reasonably believes was within the scope of the purchased inspection and should have been identified and documented during the inspection, the Customer should notify OMOZERH within fourteen (14) calendar days of the inspection date.
The 14-day reporting period is not a 14-day vehicle warranty or guarantee.
The Customer should provide reasonable supporting information when requested, including photographs, videos, diagnostic findings, repair facility documentation, written estimates, technician findings, or other relevant information.
OMOZERH may review the original inspection report, photographs, videos, diagnostic information, inspector notes, Customer documentation, and other relevant information.
Where reasonably necessary and practical, OMOZERH may request an opportunity to reinspect the vehicle or obtain additional information before determining an appropriate resolution.
Discovery of a vehicle problem within 14 days does not, by itself, establish that the condition existed, was reasonably observable, or should have been identified during the original inspection.
If OMOZERH determines that a significant condition within the purchased inspection scope was reasonably observable at the time of inspection but was not appropriately documented, OMOZERH may provide an appropriate customer-care resolution based upon the circumstances.
Any customer-care resolution will be determined after review of the individual circumstances and does not constitute an admission of negligence, liability, warranty coverage, or responsibility for subsequent vehicle repairs unless expressly stated by OMOZERH in writing.
16. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Vehicle Availability
Appointments are subject to inspector availability, vehicle availability, travel requirements, weather, traffic, seller/dealership cooperation, and other operational considerations.
An appointment is confirmed when the Customer receives confirmation from OMOZERH.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, location, seller/dealership contact, and appointment information.
Customers needing to reschedule should contact OMOZERH as soon as reasonably possible.
OMOZERH may permit one complimentary rescheduling when adequate advance notice is provided, and the inspector has not already been dispatched.
Repeated rescheduling, last-minute changes, significant location changes, or changes occurring after inspector dispatch may result in additional charges when disclosed to the Customer.
17. Cancellations, Unsuccessful Dispatches, and Refunds
Because inspection appointments reserve an inspector’s time and may require travel, Customers should cancel as early as reasonably possible.
Unless different terms are disclosed during booking:
More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: The Customer may cancel and receive a refund of the inspection-service payment, subject to any properly disclosed and legally permissible non-refundable third-party charges.
Within 24 hours of the appointment: A late-cancellation charge may apply.
After the inspector has been dispatched, Charges may apply for travel, mileage, time, and other costs already incurred.
Once the inspection begins, inspection service charges are generally non-refundable.
If an inspector arrives and the vehicle has been sold, is unavailable, cannot be accessed, necessary keys are unavailable, the seller refuses the inspection, or the inspection cannot proceed because of circumstances within the Customer’s, seller’s, or dealership’s control, the appointment may be treated as an unsuccessful dispatch or late cancellation.
A Customer’s decision not to purchase the inspected vehicle does not create a right to a refund. Identifying significant concerns that deter a Customer from purchasing a vehicle is one of the intended purposes of a pre-purchase inspection.
If OMOZERH cannot perform the inspection because of circumstances within OMOZERH’s control, OMOZERH may offer rescheduling or an appropriate refund.
18. Payment and Payment Disputes
Payment is due according to the terms disclosed during the booking process.
OMOZERH may require full payment before confirming or performing an inspection.
The Customer authorizes OMOZERH and its payment processor to process charges associated with the requested service.
Customers are encouraged to contact OMOZERH concerning billing or service concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that OMOZERH has an opportunity to review and address the matter.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights available to a Customer under applicable law or through the Customer’s payment provider.
19. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
Provide accurate vehicle and appointment information.
Obtain appropriate permission for OMOZERH to access and inspect the vehicle.
Inform OMOZERH of known vehicle or access restrictions.
Review the complete inspection report before making a purchasing decision.
Ask OMOZERH about material findings that the Customer does not understand.
Obtain specialized diagnosis or additional evaluation when recommended.
Independently verify relevant title, ownership, financing, warranty, and vehicle-history information.
The Customer should not rely solely upon a single photograph, observation, diagnostic code, score, or statement when making a significant vehicle-purchasing decision.
20. Third-Party Use of Reports
Unless expressly authorized in writing to do otherwise, an OMOZERH inspection report is prepared for the Customer who purchased the inspection.
Vehicle conditions can change following an inspection. Subsequent purchasers and other third parties should not rely upon an OMOZERH report as a substitute for obtaining their own current inspection.
21. Safety
An OMOZERH inspection does not certify that a vehicle complies with all federal, state, or local safety requirements or that it is safe under all operating conditions.
If OMOZERH identifies a potentially significant safety concern, the Customer should obtain appropriate professional diagnosis and repair before purchasing or operating the vehicle.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OMOZERH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Customer’s decision to purchase, decline, operate, repair, sell, finance, transport, insure, or otherwise use an inspected vehicle.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
I would have a Texas attorney review this section before adding any specific dollar cap on OMOZERH’s direct liability.
23. Intellectual Property and Inspection Materials
OMOZERH’s branding, logos, website content, inspection formats, report designs, scoring methodologies, written materials, and other proprietary materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Customers may use their inspection reports for legitimate personal purposes related to the inspected vehicle.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction, resale, alteration, or misrepresentation of OMOZERH's proprietary materials is prohibited.
24. Privacy and Communications
OMOZERH may collect and process information reasonably necessary to schedule inspections, communicate with Customers, process payments, provide inspection services, maintain business records, and operate its services.
Additional information concerning personal information is provided in OMOZERH’s separate Privacy Policy.
By providing contact information, the Customer authorizes OMOZERH to communicate with the Customer regarding inspection requests, appointments, vehicle access, payments, report delivery, customer service, and related transactional matters.
25. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms and disputes arising from OMOZERH inspection services will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. Entire Agreement and Changes
These Terms, together with the purchased inspection package description, applicable booking terms, Privacy Policy, and other written terms expressly incorporated into the transaction, constitute the agreement governing the inspection service.
OMOZERH may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, insurance requirements, or applicable law.
The version generally applicable to an inspection will be the version in effect when the Customer purchases or schedules the service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
